I attended a Youth Services Advisory Council meeting yesterday and had the oppportunity to talk with Tony Tallent from the Public Library of Charlotte. He graciously agreed to share their new reading promotion called "Paint the Town Read". Instead of explaining I'll just refer you to the web site.
